Artichoke Parmesan Dip --- ONE MORE

This one is also delicious, shared with me by LWB in 2003.

1 leek or green onions - sautéed in butter
7 oz artichokes
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayo
1 jar roasted red peppers
1/8 tsp black pepper


Mix everything.
Sprinkle with parsley and more parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 375.
